The very best race car drivers know how to navigate a tight and sharp turn in the road. When they enter the turn, they brake and slow down. Every millisecond counts as they focus on the control of their steering, balancing both speed and direction. As soon as they spot the line through the turn - they accelerate. Coming out of that turn fast and way ahead of their (still braking) competition.

We, as entrepreneurs, should be performing like top race car drivers. Making decisions right now, braking where needed, and finding a balance between how fast we can move after identifying a path that puts us ahead of the competition. Today, an entrepreneur’s sharp turn is the coronavirus pandemic, and now you must creatively establish your path to accelerate early and be in the lead of your competitors when the market returns.

Design thinking can allow us to re-envision our businesses/offerings and clients/customers in a way that repositions us for the new normal, a world after COVID-19. It allows us to test and conceive of ways to adapt, even invent. Some of the greatest ideas come from times of scarcity, this may be your time.

Join us for a webinar where Kelsey Ramsden will guide you through basic design thinking principals which will help you model options for your business while we go through this tight turn, as well as position yourself to accelerate quickly ahead of the competition. Models will be provided which will give you take away insights which can be applied and practiced right away.
