My name is Rosalyn Di Cesare. I have been an Entrepreneur for over 10 years. I owned a local detailing shop in London for a few years (2014-2016) and I have been the owner and operator of RMD Bookkeeping since 2013. I have also been teaching accounting and small business courses at Fanshawe College since 2016.

Hi there! My background is in banking management and commercial financing. I am familiar with business plans. I wish you all the best with your project.

I have been a Partial Load Instructor for the past 5 years. I teach in the Lawrence Kinlin School of Business for the Supply Chain Management Team. I worked for the Provincial Government for the past 30 years. In terms of my education I have three university degrees - Bachelor of Arts with a major in psychology, Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution.

Hello, my name is Professor Andy Reparon. I was born in Amsterdam, Holland/Netherlands before my family migrated to Canada many years ago. However, I am proudly Canadian and love this free peaceful country I call home. After I graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, I had a very prosperous and distinguished career in the Financial Industry for over 27 years. I have worked closely with Institutions like TD Bank, Canada Trust, CIBC, National Trust, and Scotia Bank over those 27 years. My roles included Senior Manager and Market Manager of Retail Branch Banking, Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives for the North American ATM Channel, Senior Operations Manager for TD Wealth and Private Investment, and Leader Coach for Financial Planning and Advice and Business, including Credit Manager for Personal, Business, and Commercial Lending.

Jean Coles is an invested community creator who is frequently called upon for her expertise in relationship building. She mainly leads by example, always doing her best and encouraging others to do the same. As the owner of three Sport Clips Haircuts, a franchised, international modern-day barbershop, Jean is the CEO and oversees the marketing and operations.

As a business advisor and mentor at Leap Junction, Fanshawe College's entrepreneurship center, I have been helping students and alumni explore pathways to entrepreneurship since 2018. I specialize in providing 1-on-1 consultations and workshops to support potential business owners in the pre-startup, startup, launch, and early-stage growth phases.

Nick has been a small business and social enterprise advisor at Leap Junction since 2021. His background comes from his time spent working in the non-profit sector assisting persons with disabilities in finding employment and taking their first steps into entrepreneurship, woodworking/construction, and mental health. Nick holds two degrees from the University of Windsor, a BA[H] in Psychology and Criminology and a MA in Sociology, so you could say he’s very socially oriented! When he’s not hard at work Nick enjoys staying active by playing pickup hockey, biking, hiking and constantly listening to music.  Nick’s favourite part about working with new entrepreneurs is seeing how many want to incorporate a “social good” into their venture even if it is a for-profit business. Nick is ready and eager to assist Fanshawe College students and alumni in taking those first steps into the entrepreneur world!"
