About the speakers

Candice Neil is the Director of Human Resources at LBMX Inc., a technology company that provides platforms that drive the commercial relationships between suppliers and their independent customers.Candice accepted a position with LBMX in 2017 and under her HR leadership, LBMX was be named a TOP 100 Employer in Canada (Small & Medium Firms) in both 2022 and 2023. Her focus on culture, developing meaningful employee programs and ensuring all employees have a voice has been key to the success of LBMX. Prior to LBMX, Candice gained valuable experience in both the media and building material industries. Candice studied Human Resources Management at Fanshawe College and is currently working toward her CHRL (Certified Human Resources Leader) certificate. Candice is also a member of the Human Resources Professional Association. Candice resides in London Ontario and is an active parent raising two young children.

Liam Nediger is the Chief Technology Officer at Info-Tech Research Group and oversees the Commercial Operations and Application Development Divisions. With over a decade in progressively senior IT roles, he has had a broad and deep exposure to software development, architecture, business intelligence, and systems integration.Liam joined Info-Tech in 2008 and currently manages teams that build products and technologies to support the Sales, Marketing, Compensation, and Customer Success Divisions at Info-Tech.

Christina Nurse is the Director Employee Experience, Northern Commerce. With an extensive career spanning more than 20 years, including managing at multiple agencies, public service, and international education. Christina’s expertise covers areas such as customer service, project management, communications, and operations. Driven by her passion for aligning organizational objectives and employee satisfaction, she continually seeks opportunities to elevate employee engagement. Christina's unwavering commitment to fostering a positive environment has earned her the respect of her peers and senior leadership. Her extensive insights and dedication to mentorship make her a valuable asset to aspiring professionals looking to make their mark in the industry.
