About the speakers:

Victor is the Co-Founder and COO of Peacasa, a company that invented a new way to make light and crispy chips made from chickpeas and olive oil. Today, Peacasa is sold in over 600 stores across the country and is manufactured in a semi-automated facility in London, ON.Before starting Peacasa, Victor founded a cold-pressed juice company that sold premium juice to clients in Monaco and also sailed professionally in the South of France.


Reagan graduated from Western University with an Honours Specialization in Genetics and currently works at Western, where she is developing a genetic assay to detect pesticide resistance in two-spotted spider mites. After long days in the lab filled with limited, unhealthy snack options, she was inspired to co-found, The Easy Snack Co. a startup creating convenient, nutrient dense snacks that make it easier to get your daily servings of fruits and vegetables. Launching Easy Snack introduced her into the world of business, now navigating everything from product development to marketing and securing retail partnerships.


James is an accomplished entrepreneur and scientist. James was involved in the development of the product line, implementation of the technology systems and foundation of the Odd Burger brand. James has been vegan for more than 8 years.
