In this workshop, participants are presented with a case study about crafting their first non-disclosure agreement, in relation to a potential partnership, and how they want to structure their business’ protection for the future. Participants are taught key insights into non-disclosure agreements, IP handling, and survival of clauses post-term of the agreement through the use of innovative, online contract drafting and learning tools.
About our hands-on workshop series:
We believe there’s no better way to learn than by asking questions, thinking about what you’re signing, arguing and negotiating. This is a hands-on workshop, where participants can interact with the hosts and each other by asking and answering questions, and participating in case study-based negotiation scenarios. Participants are also able to sign up for one on one sessions with our trainer lawyers during the session.
